Heatact-thin and flexible heating element

This is Ruby from Heatact Super Conductive Heat-Tech Co., Ltd.

Following is the brief introduction to our factory.
Established in 1979, Yung Tien started to manufacture MICA heating elements for use in household electric appliances such as electric pot, coffee pot (plate), iron, toaster, hair dryer, milk bottle warmer, bowl dryer, etc.
Yung Tien is the sole manufacturer of flexible heating elements in Taiwan.  In the early stae, our products included low temperature foil heating elements for use in bathroom mirror defogging, electric blanket, electric thermo-*flasks, foot warmer, toilet seat warmer, cushion seat warmer, dehumidifier for cloth closet, food warmer box, coffee pot, residential room heater, defroster for refrigerator, and air cleaner, etc.

In 1983, we began to produce medium temperature foil heating elements laminated with KAPTON insulating layers to be used in electric cooker, and water fountain, etc.

In 1985, we developed EMH-100 series of super conductive heater fan, heater components, capable to produce hot air of required preset temperature within just a few seconds.

In 1986, we created high EER (Energy Efficiency Rating) industrial Super Conductive Heating Dryer with 5 major functions for drying, warming, moisture keeping, heating, and room temperature air-conditioning, suitable for agricultural produce, food industries, fishery.

In 1991, DU PONT Company of USA in their September "91 issue of Technology and You" highly introduced the successful lamination of our flexible foil-heating element with their Kapton insulation layers for a wide variety of industrial and commercial applications.

In 1992, we created our super conductive heat-recovering device to help saving energy consumption.
In 1993, we were honorably selected by our National Space Program Office to supply ultra-thin flexible heating elements for our country's ROCSAT No. 1 and No. 2 satellite.

As we have spared no efforts in our R&D for new creations, now we have more than hundred kinds of heating products, and most of them are patented.  We continued to develop a series of products for warming such as electric vest, glove warmer, toilet seat warmer, etc., just to name a few.  For details, please refer to our website http://www.heatact.com.tw
